Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR or commonly known as fixed wire testing);

This type of testing is for the wiring in the main fabric of the building to see if it meets the current BS7671. It can also be used to find faults before problems occur. On completion of the testing you will be given a full report with all circuits tested (access allowing) stating whether it is satisfactory or not.
